During the Christmas period we offer a full goodwill refund or exchange on items purchased between 11th November 2012 and 24th December until 28th January. All we ask is that the item is unworn, with your receipt and the original tags, packaging and any free gifts or promotional offers (e.g. 2 for 1)included.
Simply fill out our quick and easy returns form, wrap up your unworn items in the original packaging and post back to us, using the Royal Mail Returns label sent with your goods, within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. Please allow up to 5 days for your returned goods to reach us. We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item(s).
It is not possible to return the items to either our Outlet stores or any of our stockists.
If you no longer have the return label, please contact our Customer Service Team on 01475 504060 between 8.30am-5.00pm Monday - Thursday and 8.30am - 12.45pm Friday or email us on email@example.com to receive return details. Please note customer services are closed on bank holidays.
