FREE Standard UK Delivery on all orders over £50


Standard UK Mainland Delivery £3.95

Our standard delivery service will aim to deliver your parcel within 3-5 working days of your order


Standard Northern Ireland Delivery £5.95

Our standard delivery service will aim to deliver your parcel within 3-5 working days of your order.


Standard Republic of Ireland Delivery €7.20

Our standard delivery service will aim to deliver your parcel within 3-5 working days of your order.


Next Working Day Delivery - UK Mainland only £5.95

Order before 3pm Monday-Thursday to ensure you receive your package next day. Order before 11am on a Friday to ensure you receive your package next working day. (Royal Mail do make deliveries on Saturdays but we cannot guarantee this). Please note Royal Mail do not deliver on bank holidays


**Deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands will be an additional 48 hours on top of selected delivery option**


If you are unavailable at the time of the delivery we will leave a card to inform you and send the package to your nearest depot.


International

Unfortunately at present we do not deliver to outside the UK and Ireland

Track Your Order

Once your order is ready for dispatch, an email will be sent to you with a unique tracking reference which can be traced online (exlcuding Ireland) at www.royalmail.com. If you have any issues concerning this please contact our customer service team between 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-12.45pm Friday on 01475 504060 or email us on enquiries@wonderbra.co.uk

Cancel Your Order

We are unable to accept cancellations on orders placed, however, if you are unhappy with your selection or wish to change it for something else we will happily exchange or refund your purchase

Returns Procedure

During the Christmas period we offer a full goodwill refund or exchange on items purchased between 11th November 2012 and 24th December until 28th January. All we ask is that the item is unworn, with your receipt and the original tags and packaging and any free gifts or promotional offers (e.g. 2 for 1).

Simply fill out our quick and easy returns form, wrap up your unworn items in the original packaging and post back to us within 28 days for a full refund or exchange - please allow up to 5 days for your returned goods to reach us.

Wonderbra offer a free returns service. There will be a Royal Mail Returns label sent with your goods, please attach this to your parcel and send it back to us via your local post office. The post office will give you a receipt. (If you wish to guarantee that we receive your returns package, you will have to use a trackable delivery service - the cost of this will not be refunded by us).

If you no longer have the return label, please contact our Customer Service Team on 01475 504060 between 8.30am-5.00pm Monday - Thursday and 8.30am - 12.45pm Friday or email us on enquiries@wonderbra.co.uk to receive return details.
We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned item(s).

Please note that it is not possible to return the items to either our Outlet stores or any of our stockists.

Return of Faulty Goods

If you feel an item we've sent you is faulty, please get in touch. We may ask you to return it to us so that we can investigate the fault, before contacting you again to agree the best resolution

This will not affect your statutory rights

Refund Policy

Once your return has been received by us, please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. If you're due a refund and your card has expired, you'll need to get in touch with us with your card details before this can be processed.

We'll send an automated email confirmation once your refund has left us and is on its way back to your card. You may then need to allow up to a further ten working days for your bank to process the credit to your account (this delay is unfortunately outside our control. Please refer to your bank's terms and conditions for further information on how long this might take).

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange your unwanted item/s for a different colour or size in the same style. Please wrap your unworn item/s in their original packaging and fill out the returns and exchange form enclosed, stating the size/colour you would like as a replacement.

All exchange items are sent using our standard delivery service (3-5 working days). You will not be charged for this.
