Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one to be sent to you. Simply go to the Login/Register page and click on "Forgot your password?"

Card Security Code (CSC)

The CSC (or CVV2 number) on your credit/debit card is a security measure banks require for all transactions where cardholder is not present. Since the security code is listed on your card and not stored anywhere else, the only way to know the correct number is to physically have possession of the card itself.

Most credit/debit cards display the three digit code on the back of the card, after the card number in the signature strip. On American Express cards the security code is a four digit code and it appears on the front of the card in the top right corner.

If you cannot find your CSC please contact your card provider.

Maestro and Solo Issue Number

When using a Switch card please enter the long payment number (the longest number displayed in the centre of the card, not the smaller account number at the base of the card.)

An issue number is only required for a Switch card. If your Switch card has no issue number, like some Royal Bank of Scotland cards, then leave this field blank.

Saving Payment Details

If you save your payment details it will make your Checkout process easier. Once your payment details are entered, your details will be stored in your account and you will not have to re-enter them again when you make your next order. You can also track your order status and order history.

Your password is unique to your email address and ensures that your account details remain secure. You can access your account information at any time to edit any of your account details.

1. I'm having trouble logging in? I cannot log into my account?


When logging into your account, please ensure you are using the correct case (upper/lower). If you have done this and you're still experiencing problems, you can re-set your password using the forgotten your password link on the log in page.

2. How do I purchase/buy online?


It is very easy to shop online with Wonderbra, all we need is your email address and a password to register your account and you can start shopping straight away. Once your account is set up you can keep track of your orders and make changes to your personal details in the 'My Account' section.

3. Can I pay with a debit card?


Yes you certainly can. You can also use any of the following:

Mastercard Credit card, Mastercard Debit, Maestro, Solo, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Amex and Paypal.

4. Can I place an order over the telephone?


Yes, you can call our customer service team on 01475 504060 between 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-12.45pm Friday to place an order. Please note that customer services are closed on bank holidays.

5. How can I contact customer services?


You can e-mail us on enquiries@wonderbra.co.uk and we will do our best to contact you within 2 working days.

6. I am having problems placing an order?

7. When do you deliver / what are my delivery options?

Progress on your order can be tracked on Royal Mail using your shipping reference provided in the despatch email.

8. Which shipping company do you use?


We use Royal Mail.

9. Can I cancel/change my order?


We are unable to accept cancellations on orders placed, however, if you are unhappy with your selection or wish to change it for something we will happily exchange or refund your purchase. When your package arrives, simply fill in the returns & exchange form enclosed, wrap up your unworn items in the original packaging and send back to the address stated on the form and we will process this for you. 10. Will my parcel be gift wrapped? / How will my order be packaged?


We don't offer a gift wrap service as all our packages will arrive boxed, with your purchase carefully wrapped in Wonderbra tissue paper.

11. Do you ship internationally?


No, we do not ship internationally.

12. Has my order been dispatched yet?


Once your order has been dispatched we will send you an e-mail with the order number included. If you have not received this, please contact us using our online customer contact form and we will look into the issue for you.

13. How can I track my order?


Once your order is ready for dispatch, an email will be sent to you with a unique tracking reference which can be traced online at www.royalmail.com. 14. Can I purchase using a gift card online?


Yes you can, it's quick and easy. All you have to do is select an e-gift card as your form of payment at the checkout (either for the full amount or part of the total) and enter your e-gift card number.

15. I am having problems with using my gift card online


We're sorry that you're having problems using your gift card, that shouldn't be happening. 16. I'm missing part of my order


We are very sorry to hear that, please accept our apologies. If your purchase is incomplete or not as you expected, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team between 8.30am-5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-12.45pm Friday on 01475 504060 or email us on enquiries@wonderbra.co.uk with the details of your order and we will resolve this for you. 17. I have received an incorrect item


We are sorry we sent you the wrong item/s please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please contact our customer service team between 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am-12.45pm Friday on 01475 504060 or email us on enquiries@wonderbra.co.uk to arrange a replacement order. Please note that customer services are closed on bank holidays.

To return the product/s simple complete the enclosed returns form, pack the goods in to their original packaging and follow the instructions on the return note. For more information, see How do I return an item?

18. I have received a faulty item


All of our garments are manufactured with care and attention and we do not expect you to receive anything other than the best quality. We are very sorry if you have received a faulty item. Please send the goods back to Wonderbra and we will replace the garment/s for you.

19. How do I return an item?


We offer a free returns service. Simply fill out our quick and easy returns form, wrap up your unworn items in the original packaging and post back to us within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. There will be a Royal Mail returns label enclosed in your package, attach that to your parcel. You will need to return the product together with any free gifts or promotional offers (e.g. 2 for 1).

We will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item and are processing your refund. For further information on our returns policy please click here.

20. When will I receive my refund? /How long will it take for my refund to be processed?


Once we have received your return we will process and you should expect to see your refund in your account within 7-10 days of receiving your refund confirmation e-mail from us.

21. How do I send goods back for an exchange?


You may only exchange your unwanted item/s for a different colour or size in the same style. Please wrap your unworn item/s in their original packaging and fill out the returns & exchange form enclosed, stating size/colour that you would like as a replacement.
